Chocolate Chip Flax Muffins

Ingredients (Use organic where possible) This wholesome dish combines two great sources of chromium, which makes it a perfect choice for individuals who have diabetes or hypoglycaemia. 6 ounces chicken or vegetable broth 1 cup chopped broccoli, organic 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped 1 cup Organic Pot Barley Salt to taste
1/2 cup water Directions Using a plastic steamer fill resevoir with water and turn on steamer. Add Pot Barley to water and broth to bowl. Steam for 50 minutes or until tender. Add the broccoli and steam until the broccoli is tender. Add cilantro, season and serve. Serves 4
